Pricing
Simple, agency-sized pricing.
Choose the plan that fits your agency size. All current plans include AgencyCommand’s core CRM, agency management, learning, metrics, CommandAI, calendar, client, lead, and policy workflows. The primary difference is the number of active user seats included.
Seats apply to your whole team — agents, customer service, managers, and supervisors — not agents alone. Agencies start small and upgrade as they grow. Optional add-ons (Voice Operations and Field Work) are available separately.

Enterprise
More than 50 seatsFor agencies needing more than 50 seats, or insurance-related businesses that want a custom AgencyCommand setup.
Billing is managed by Stripe. A subscription is required before a new agency environment is created. Active user seats — across supported agency roles — are counted against your plan’s limit; you can upgrade to a larger plan at any time. Enterprise is a contact-us tier — pricing is custom and set up with our team.

Frequently Asked
Pricing & plan questions.
How is a user seat counted?
Each active user counts toward your plan's seat limit, across the supported agency roles — agents, customer service users, managers, supervisors, and compliance users. The agency admin account does not consume a seat, and pending or deactivated users do not consume seats. Solo Agency includes 1 user seat, Small Agency up to 10 active users, Medium Agency up to 25, and Large Agency up to 50. You can upgrade to a larger plan at any time to add capacity.
What is the Enterprise tier?
Enterprise is a contact-us tier for agencies that need more than 50 seats, or for insurance-related businesses that want a custom AgencyCommand setup. Pricing is custom — book a demo or contact us and we'll scope the right fit. There is no instant online checkout for Enterprise.
How do new agents join an agency on AgencyCommand?
New agents join using an Agency Code provided by the agency admin. The admin shares the code; the agent enters it during account setup and joins the agency's environment. There is no email-based agent invitation flow.
When am I billed?
Billing is managed through Stripe. An active subscription is required before a new agency environment is created. Plans renew on the same date each billing cycle until you cancel.
Are integrations included?
Yes. The supported integrations — Google Calendar (two-way), Gmail for sending, and Calendly for inbound bookings — are included on every plan. Voice Operations and Field Work are add-ons rather than integrations: they are separate paid capabilities, shown in the Optional Add-Ons section above.
What are the optional add-ons?
There are two optional paid add-ons, each $25/month and enabled separately: Voice Operations connects RingCentral-powered calling to your agency workflow (in-app Dialer, call logs, recordings where available, and agency visibility into calling activity) and requires your agency's own RingCentral account — AgencyCommand is not a phone carrier and does not replace RingCentral. Field Work adds route planning, field-ready leads, route optimization, saved routes, visit outcome logging, and Agency Field Metrics for agencies with field activity. The two add-ons are independent of each other and are not included in the base plan.
Is CommandAI included?
Yes. CommandAI is built into AgencyCommand and is available on every plan. It is not a separate add-on. CommandAI is designed to assist agents and leadership; it does not replace compliance, legal, or insurance judgment.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade to a larger plan as your active user count grows. Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
