Pipelines
Turn every lead into a clear next step.
Your agency defines the process. Agents work it on a board built for daily production. Status, contact context, follow-up, and quotes stay on the opportunity — right through to enrollment.

One connected workflow
Configured by the agency. Worked by the agent.
The same pipeline that Agency Management sets up is the pipeline agents work in every day — which is why the agency's reporting reflects the real process rather than an approximation of it.
- 1Agency Management
Configure
Pipelines, access, and queue rules are set for the agency.
- 2Agent Workflow
Work
Agents work leads on the board, in the grid, or through the Work Queue.
- 3Agent Workflow
Follow up
Every active opportunity carries a scheduled next step.
- 4Agency-Wide
Convert
Enrollment turns the lead into a client, with its history intact.
The working board
Work every opportunity without hunting for context.
Agents see the pipeline as a board of fixed stages or as a grid for scanning and sorting at volume. Either way the card carries what's needed to act: who the lead is, where they came from, how to reach them, and what's scheduled next.
- Drag a lead between stages to move it through the process
- Switch to the grid view to sort, filter, and work a long list quickly
- Contact details on the list surfaces can be hidden or blurred by preference for shared screens
- Agents working a shared pipeline can see when a lead is already open by someone else
- Open the lead for the full record — details, activity, quotes, and scheduled work

Progression
Stages that match how coverage is actually sold.
The board's stages are the ones an insurance sale really moves through — and closing an opportunity captures why, so a lost lead is information rather than a gap.
- NewFresh opportunities waiting for a first attempt.
- ContactedOutreach has started and attempts are recorded.
- Appointment SetA real appointment exists on the calendar.
- QuotedCoverage options have been presented.
- Nurture / Follow-UpNot now — but scheduled to come back.
- ConvertedEnrolled, and the relationship continues as a client.
- Closed/LostClosed with a reason, so the outcome is understood.
Leads carried over from older processes are placed under the matching stage automatically, so an agency adopting AgencyCommand does not start with an empty or mislabeled board.
Next action
An operating workflow, not a storage system.
The follow-up shown on a lead is backed by real scheduled work, so it can't quietly go stale: complete or remove the task and the lead stops claiming a follow-up it doesn't have. When it's time to make calls, the Work Queue serves eligible leads one at a time with one-click dispositions.
- Scheduled follow-up on a lead comes from an actual open task, not a leftover date field
- Appointments and tasks created from a lead stay attached to that opportunity
- The Work Queue presents eligible leads in order and records a disposition for each
- Dispositions can create the follow-up that keeps the opportunity moving
- Leads without a phone number, outside calling hours, or already worked today can be held back by the agency's queue rules

Quotes
Record what you presented — and carry it into enrollment.
Quotes are captured on the opportunity with the plan, carrier, plan type, and premium the client was shown. When the lead enrolls, the quoted coverage becomes the policy record instead of being retyped from a notepad.
- Add, edit, and remove quotes directly on the lead
- Quotes use your agency's own carrier and plan type catalogs
- Convert a quote into a policy when the client enrolls
- Quoted opportunities are visible as a stage on the board

Quotes record the coverage your agency presented. AgencyCommand is not a carrier rating engine and does not pull live carrier quotes.
Conversion
Enrollment continues the relationship — it doesn't restart it.
Converting a lead doesn't hand the work to another system. The same record becomes a client, keeping the history, the activity, and the coverage that was quoted, and its client tenure is dated from the moment it converted.
- Convert from the lead itself or by moving it into the Converted stage
- Quoted coverage becomes the client's policy record
- Notes, communication history, documents, and scheduled work carry forward
- Client Since reflects the conversion date, not when the lead was first created
Set up the process
Build the sales process around your agency.
Agency Admins decide which pipelines exist, who works them, and how the Work Queue behaves — and every agent works inside that setup, so the process is consistent without being policed.
Pipelines and who can work them
Create pipelines for how your agency is organized, rename or archive them as things change, and grant agents access to the ones they should be working.

How the Work Queue runs
Queue order, how often a lead can resurface in a day, whether leads without a phone number are skipped, calling-hours limits, and session behavior are set once for the whole agency.

Work Queue rules are agency-level settings, so two agents in the same agency always work under the same rules.
