Add-Ons
Extend AgencyCommand beyond the desk.
Two optional capability packages, each enabled separately from your base plan: Field Work for insurance agents who sell in person, and the RingCentral add-on for agencies that run on the phone.
Optional capabilities
Two ways to extend the workflow.
Add-ons aren't a separate product to log into. They appear inside the leads, clients, and management views your agency already uses — and each one is turned on independently, so you only take what you need.
Field Work
Take AgencyCommand into the field: routed stops built from your leads, navigation on the phone, and visits logged back onto the record.
RingCentral Add-On
Bring RingCentral-powered calling into AgencyCommand, with call outcomes on the record and Voice Operations views for management.
Build the day around the stops.
Field turns the leads an agent already owns into a routed day: pick who to see, let AgencyCommand order the stops for real driving, navigate from the phone, and log what happened when the door closes.

Field workflow
Select, optimize, navigate, visit.
A route is built in a few guided steps, and every stop is a real lead record rather than a pin someone typed in.
- 1Agent Workflow
Select
Choose a starting point and between 2 and 9 leads to visit.
- 2Agent Workflow
Optimize
AgencyCommand orders the stops for actual driving, not straight-line distance.
- 3Agent Workflow
Navigate
Hand the whole ordered route off to Google Maps in one go.
- 4Agent Workflow
Visit
Log the outcome against the lead so the trip becomes real history.
Start where the agent is
Begin from current location, the office address, or any custom address — then the route runs from there.
Two to nine stops
A route carries between 2 and 9 leads and finishes at the last one, so there's no separate destination to manage.
One handoff to navigate
The optimized order opens as a single Google Maps route — not nine separate lookups.
Connected to the lead
Field work that doesn't end up in a notebook.
Because the stops are lead records, the day's driving stays part of the pipeline. An agent can save a route to reuse or finish later, log the outcome of each visit against the lead, and keep addresses honest — AgencyCommand flags the ones it can't locate instead of quietly leaving them out of the route.
- Save a route and reopen it later instead of rebuilding the same day
- Log a visit with its outcome, recorded on the lead's own history
- Every stop carries the lead's identity and address, not just a map marker
- Addresses that can't be located are surfaced for review
- Built to be used from a phone in the car, not only at a desk

Field oversight
Management can see the field work too.
With the add-on active, Agency Management gets a Field view alongside its other data: which agents are routing, how the stops are being covered, and recent field activity. Usage limits apply by plan and are shown in-product as agents work.

Call without leaving the workflow.
RingCentral powers the calling itself. The add-on brings that calling into AgencyCommand, so an agent dials, handles the call, and records the outcome on the same screen where the lead lives.

AgencyCommand is not a phone company. Your calling service, numbers, and recording capability come from RingCentral; agents connect their own RingCentral account, and this add-on is what makes that calling part of the CRM workflow.
Calling in context
Keep the call attached to the work.
A call placed from a lead or from the Work Queue already knows who it's to. Incoming calls are matched against your book where the number is recognized, so an agent answers with the record open. When the call ends, the outcome and notes are captured then — not reconstructed at the end of the day.
- Dial from the record, the Work Queue, or the dialer, with caller ID selection
- In-call controls, and recording where RingCentral provides it
- Incoming calls matched to the lead or client when the number is recognized
- Capture a disposition and notes as the call wraps up
- Call history stays available on the agent's own Call Logs
- Presence status is visible, and the dialer says plainly when it isn't connected

Voice Operations
Run the phone floor, not just the phones.
The add-on also gives Agency Management a dedicated Voice Operations area — a set of views for what's happening right now and what happened across the period.
Command Center
An operational snapshot of what needs attention right now.
Live Operations
Current agent presence and dialer status, with operational alerts.
Performance
Compare call activity, talk time, and answer rates across your users.
Call Analytics
Trends, utilization, service level, and disposition analysis.
Recordings & Quality
Recording coverage and full call-log history, where RingCentral supplies the recording.
Reports & Settings
Exports, saved views, alert rules, and dialer and recording settings.
