Learning
Build knowledge into the way your agency works.
Your agency's guides, videos, and learning paths live in the same platform agents use for pipeline, clients, and calendar work — so training is part of the day rather than a separate system nobody signs into.

One connected workflow
Built by the agency. Completed by the agent.
Learning in AgencyCommand is one loop: your agency decides what people need to know, assigns it to the right people, agents work through it, and management can see where everyone stands.
- 1Agency Management
Build
Create guides and videos and order them into a learning path.
- 2Agency Management
Assign
Send the path to all agents, selected teams, or selected agents.
- 3Agent Workflow
Learn
Agents work through their assigned steps and mark them complete.
- 4Agency Management
Track
Progress, due dates, and overdue learning stay visible.
The agent's view
Assigned learning first, the full library behind it.
An agent opens Learning to My Paths — only the paths currently assigned to them, with progress and due dates on each. The Library tab holds everything your agency has published, for the moment someone needs to look one thing up rather than complete a whole path.
- My Paths shows assigned paths only, with completion, due date, and overdue state
- Filter paths by progress, required or optional, path type, and due state
- The Library is organized by the categories your agency defines — nothing is preset
- Search the library, filter by guide or video and by what's still incomplete
- Important material can be pinned to the top of the library

Learning paths
One path, built once and worked step by step.
A learning path is an ordered curriculum, not a folder. Agency Management decides what belongs in it and who it applies to; the agent sees exactly which step is next.
Building the path
A guided builder walks through path details, requirements and assignment, the ordered curriculum, access rules, then a final review before saving.

Working the path
The agent sees the steps in order with a clear next step, completion for each one, total length, and how far through the path they are.

Written guides
Formatted guides your agency writes and updates — the reference material agents actually reread.
Video lessons
Video content plays inside AgencyCommand, with a stated length so people know what they're starting.
Ordered steps
Any published guide or video can become a step in a path, and completing it counts toward that path.
AI Summary
A second way to absorb a long guide.
On a written guide, an agent can generate an AI summary of that guide. It doesn't replace the training or change a word of it — it gives the agent a condensed version to review before an appointment, or to check their understanding after reading.
What the summary contains
Summary
The guide's main points, condensed into a short readable list.
Key Takeaways
The few things an agent should remember afterward.
Key Terms
The terms and concepts the guide relies on.
Common Pitfalls
Mistakes the material warns against.
Checklist
When the guide describes a process, the steps in order.
Summaries are generated on request for written guides. When the guide is later updated, the agent is told the summary is out of date and can generate it again.

Required learning
Make readiness explicit, not assumed.
A path can be marked required and given a due date, so expectations are stated rather than implied. A required path can also hold back specific parts of the Agent Dashboard until it's finished — useful when someone shouldn't be working live opportunities before completing onboarding.
- Assign to all agents, selected teams, or selected agents
- Set a due date — incomplete paths past their date are shown as overdue
- Optionally require completion before Pipeline, Clients, Calendar, Metrics, or CommandAI
- Agents always see what a path unlocks, before and after they finish it
- Learning itself is never restricted, so an agent can always get to the work that unlocks access

Across the agency
Know where everyone actually stands.
Progress gives Agency Management one row per assigned agent and path, with what's overdue surfaced first — so a renewal-season readiness check is a filter, not a round of individual questions.
- Not started, in progress, and completed for every assignment
- Overdue learning is ordered to the top
- Filter by path, path type, agent, team, required or optional, and due state
- Open any row to see that agent's step-by-step progress through the path
- Assignments appear here as soon as an active path is assigned
