Calendar
Stay focused on what needs to happen next.
Tasks, appointments, lead follow-up, and the meetings already on an agent's Google or Calendly calendar sit on one schedule — so the morning starts with a single list of commitments instead of a CRM, a notepad, and a personal calendar that disagree.

The daily loop
Plan it, work it, close the loop.
Administrative tasks and scheduled appointments are the same kind of record in AgencyCommand, so an agent plans, works, and completes them together — and the next step gets set while the last one is still in front of them.
- 1
Plan
See what's due today, this week, or this month.
- 2
Schedule
Create a task or book an appointment against the right record.
- 3
Work
Open the item, do the work, and complete it with an outcome.
- 4
Follow up
Set the next step so nothing depends on memory.
Tasks & appointments
Create the work, then keep it moving.
Every calendar item is either a task or an appointment, and both carry the detail an agent actually needs to act — date and time, priority, location or meeting link, and the person it concerns.
- Create tasks and schedule appointments, then edit or reschedule them as plans change
- Link an item to a Lead or a Client so it opens from — and returns to — that record
- Set recurring work by interval, ending never, on a date, or after a set number of occurrences
- Turn on a reminder and get an email before the item is due
- Complete work with an outcome, and review it later in the Completed view
- Add guests to an appointment; the Google Calendar invite is sent by Google, and the Meet link the guest joins is the same one the agent sees in AgencyCommand

Views
See the day, the week, or the month.
The Calendar view lays scheduled work out over today, the week, or the month. The List view is the working checklist with filters and sorting, and the Completed view keeps finished work reviewable rather than disappearing.
- Calendar, List, and Completed views of the same schedule
- Move between today, this week, and this month without leaving the page
- Filter and sort the list by timeframe and priority
- Overdue and upcoming work stays visible instead of scrolling out of sight

Connected scheduling
Two-way Google Calendar synchronization.
AgencyCommand Calendar and Google Calendar are not two schedules to keep in step by hand. Connect a Google account once and the same work appears on both sides.
Work from either calendar — the schedule stays the same.
Appointments and tasks created in AgencyCommand are written to the agent's connected Google Calendar and updated there when they change. Events created in Google Calendar appear on the AgencyCommand calendar alongside AgencyCommand work.
- AgencyCommand → Google: scheduled work is created and kept updated on the connected calendar, including guest invitations and the event's Meet link
- Google → AgencyCommand: events booked directly in Google Calendar show up on the agent's AgencyCommand calendar
- Items AgencyCommand created are recognized on the way back in, so the same appointment never appears twice
- A Google event can be marked complete in AgencyCommand, so the agent finishes the whole day from one schedule
Completing an item is an AgencyCommand workflow state — Google Calendar has no equivalent field, so completion is recorded in AgencyCommand rather than written back to the event.

Bookings made through Calendly land on the agent's calendar.
When an agent connects Calendly, the meetings people book through their scheduling link are pulled into AgencyCommand and shown on the same calendar as their tasks and appointments — so a booked meeting is part of the day rather than a separate inbox notification.
- Connect a Calendly account from AgencyCommand settings
- Scheduled Calendly meetings appear on the Calendar views as appointments
- A Calendly meeting can be marked complete in AgencyCommand along with the rest of the day's work
- Disconnecting stops those meetings from being pulled in, without touching anything in Calendly
Calendly bookings are brought into AgencyCommand for scheduling visibility. AgencyCommand does not create or change events inside Calendly.
Explore IntegrationsConnected work
Scheduled work stays attached to the person it's about.
This is the difference between a calendar and a scheduling app: an agent opening a task can go straight to the opportunity or the client it belongs to, and that record shows the work coming up.
